Crossfit Full Circle’s Fundamentals program is a structured class that introduces new trainees to all of the basic movements most frequently contained in Crossfit workouts.
For those starting Crossfit for the first time, we have two options: Private training, or group workouts.
In the private training option, you get 6 structured lessons that introduce you to everything you will need to know and a placement assessment at the end of the program. The cost is $250 (or $41.67 per hour) for the whole package, and you can schedule your sessions with any coach at any of their available times.
In the group class option, you pay for regular membership, and attend Fundamentals classes instead of Level I or Level II classes. The Fundamentals classes are numbered, and taking them in order is ideal. Lessons 1-5 cover the materials needed to pass into Level I classes, and lessons 6, 7 and 8 focus on gymnastics and olympic weightlifting movements reserved for Level II classes. At any point, any student may enroll in a Fundamentals class, or one of our regular group testing sessions. In order to get into Level I classes, you must score a 12 or higher on our test, and in order to get in to Level II, you must score 18 or higher.
