    HSPU: on a 25lb bumper, mostly 3 reps with a few 4s thrown in there.
    Hiding in the dark corner to protect my favorite child from the other L2 wolves.

    Protecting your cub were you Jessie? I do recall you having an early fascination with that Cub’s posterior during the FS. Just saying… :-P

    “Harness Dave” was quite entertaining. Maybe Big Jus will do the same tonight?

    L2 (after Heather’s fundamental assessment):
    FS – 195lbs
    HSPU – 20min x 3 reps @ 2-brd depth

    The L2 gang did great…but I have to tip my hat to the L1 crew this morning. They set the bar very high for the evening bunch. Can’t wait to see what they got!

    Showed up a little late thanks to the DMV taking me 4 hours so I only got in 3 sets of FS.
