Workshops

Full Circle Fitness hosts a variety of Workshops on a variety of subjects very frequently. Past workshops have included:

  • The Olympic lifts
  • Mobility
  • Fat Loss
  • Kettlebell Techniques
  • The Turkish Get Up
  • Paleo Nutrition
These workshops are held at our facility in Mechanicsville, VA readily accessible to Richmond, Henrico, Short Pump, Glen Allen etc. Our members can attend these workshops like regular classes and non-members can typically attend for $20-30.
