How to Start?
Crossfit Full Circle utilizes the full spectrum of functional movement, drawn from the classic disciplines of Physical Culture;
Gymnastics
Weightlifting
Track & Field
Kettlebells
As such, it’s highly likely you won’t be intimately familiar with everything we do in our group classes. No worries. While we pursue perfection, we don’t demand it on day one. Our main concern is that you can perform the techniques correctly enough to stay safe and train with intensity without totally hurting yourself or others.
The first thing you’ll want to do is simply try it out.
We have a group session every Saturday morning and Wednesday night that’s free to all!

You can register yourself and you’ll receive your first training session for free. You can try one of our benchmark workouts, and it will be the perfect opportunity for you to see what it is like to train with us as well as how your current level of fitness measures up to that of our members. If you decide that training at Crossfit Full Circle is the right environment for you, you can enroll in our Fundamentals class. If there is some part of our Fundamentals class which you cannot perform correctly or safely, it is up to the coaches’ discretion whether or not to allow you to participate in group classes. The most likely remedy will be a prescription for personal training until the deficiency is resolved, to ensure the safety and progress of both you and your classmates.
The important thing to remember is while we can impart the basics to you in a few hours, mastery is a life-long journey.
