When Justin joined the Army Reserves in the Summer of 2008, he was ‘around 240lbs’ in weight and his 30+ minute 2 mile run contributed significantly to his PT test score of  ‘about 150′. Even though he had remained active, with sports such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, he was dissatisfied with his APFT scores. He joined Crossfit Full Circle in December of 2008.

Today (Oct 4th) Justin weighs 205lbs, and has  a Crossfit Total of almost 900lbs. He completed 75 reps in 2 minutes (a perfect score, 100/100) on the push up test, where one instructor was heard to remark that he had ‘excellent form’. 73 sit ups got him a 96, and an 18:30 2 mile run (almost half what it was 18 months ago!) gave him a combined score of 249 points. We’re proud he’s part of the family, and look forward to seeing where he goes next.
