Fundamentals
Crossfit Full Circle’s ‘Fundamentals’ is a carefully designed program intended to introduce you to all the major movements that are utilized within the Workout of the Day (WOD).
Fundamentals is offered on a regular basis, and is a progressive, sequential series of classes that will help you learn everything you need to know to perform the WOD safely and effectively. No athlete is allowed to sign up for Crossfit WOD classes until they’ve either successfully completed Fundamentals or made an appointment to ‘challenge’ the final exam.
The class is typically offered in the mornings and evenings throughout the week. You can attend once a week, or 3-4 times per week at your discretion. Your appointments are handled just like personal training, and in fact, that’s what it is; at a significantly discounted rate! The course is six lessons long, with five full lessons and one final session that is part review and part assessment. Once you have successfully completed Fundamentals, you can move on to group classes, or if you need more time you can continue to work with one of our coaches until you are ready.

Any time and any coach listed as available for Personal Training can also handle your Fundamentals class. The cost of Fundamentals is only $125 for all six lessons. You’re not going to find a better deal, a better program or more qualified coaches anywhere in the city. There is simply no better way to learn the basics of this dynamic fitness system.
