Workout of the Day
The ‘Workout of the Day’ or WOD is the heart and soul of training at Crossfit Full Circle. Members complete from 2-5 WOD’s per week, in a small group (1-4 trainees) setting.
A typical training session at Crossfit Full Circle consists of a warm up, some strength or skill work and finally the ‘WOD’ itself, usually a combination of varied functional movements performed at high intensity. These are typically completed in 5-25 minutes. A session thus typically lasts between 30-45 minutes, though sometimes longer. Never more than one hour.

These workouts are open to all members who have previously passed Fundamentals. There are three membership options available:
9 times per month $100/month
15 times per month $140/month
21 times per month $150/month
There is also a 25% discount to these fees for active duty and reserve military, Fire, EMS, LEO and full time students. Discount only applies to monthly membership fees.
