4:13 using 73lbs really should have used 83lbs. It just felt so heavy on that warm up!! Next time I need to warm up before my warm up.

Then I hit the behind the neck Jerk from the other day.
ME Jerk: 135, 145, 155, 165, 185, 190, 195, 205, 225 (PR, bodyweight).
Having my girl there certainly helps me perform, though it is kinda sad that my jerk is better than my snatch :0

5:06 using 95lbs. I had some real rough snatches and should have done some jerks like John did. I like being a jerk……..er.
