    Worked on Butterfly… reps 2-6 are pretty then lose my rhythm… hit 8

    9 dead hang pull ups
    2ish with weight vest, 2ish with weight belt, 3 with 10lb med ball clamped between my legs, 3 sets of 3 supported L sit pull ups = Fun
    strapping on weight = more fun!

    Today’s entry on the crossfit.com website has a picture of a girl hanging from a bar in the snow - now, besides looking good (put your tongues back in your mouths, guys…) what is she doing? Is that a kip or a butterfly? Why are her feet so far behind her?

    Hard to say… alotta arch for butterfly though… did you check the grip though… holy crap that is a big bar… I must be a Crossfitter now… looked at the bar and grip…then noticed the girl…

    Paul I am very worried about you…bar and grip and then theres a girl there!!

    Lots of “last inchers” 3 x 10 and plenty of full dead hang practice with small band. Almost there, I want my “1″ on the board…grrr!!
