I lost my paper but I didn’t set anything new in the snatch for lack of “getting underneath the bar” however for the clean and the jerk I got a PR of 128 which is DAMN near bodyweight especially if i’d lose these last few pounds…
And we rowed 3×200m. It was fun only because it was over so soon.
I KNOW Paul, have to keep those hands smooth if i wanna jerk like you big dawgs.
Now, I know this aren’t ‘verified’ PRs but I’m pretty flipping happy about stick those numbers overhead. Gonna keep it up so that when I do get home I can replicate it for Coach.
Nice PR’s Matt! I need to get better at my Oly lifts to keep up with you bigger guys. Or put on more weight… If you can’t beat ‘em… We’re all looking forward to having you back here at Full Circle.

Jerking bodyweight was a goal I set for myself when I started @ Full Circle, so I’m quite excited.

Was an awesome day.
Paul’s C&J is good, and his snatch is pretty excellent given his strength today.
James continues to make progress.
Jess is cleaning a jerking more than most women I know.
Dave… Once we get some of this technique stuff down, you are going to give Paul a run for his money easy!
