    Very nice guys! PRs popping left and right. Glad you FINALLY got in for a CFT Dave. I think I need to do James’ squat program cuz it’s obviously working. Grrrr is right on Paul.

    BS: 235-250-260(PR)
    SP: 145-150-155(PR)
    DL: 285-315-325(PR)

    CFT: 740(PR)

    So it’s no James & his 745 but it beats my 11/7/2009 CFT of 705. It doesn’t really count since I didn’t do this @ CFFC and don’t have the BS on film to verify my depth. SP & DL felt pretty money as did the BS but I can’t wait to get back to Full Circle for realz.

    PR’s all around Matt! Whatever you’re doing over there, it’s working. The only way I’ll be able to stay ahead of you is if I fix these damn girl shoulders of mine…

    No offense Jess and Lo. I don’t want a literal ass kicking at Crossfit next time I come in.
