    BS: 245 PR +20
    SP: 125 -10
    DL: 285 -20

    Got to focused on trying 315 DL…. :(

    Nice work Paul. I know it sucks that you don’t PR every CFT but consider this a good day in the trenches. Coach knows what you need to work on so get in the WODs dude and you’ll be fine.

    CFT: 705 (-10lbs from 7/18/2009)

    Had a feeling that today was gonna be off…and that might have been my problem. But I got hopes for good things from this DE/ME cycle.

    Thanks Jess! I’ll take a ‘not bad’ day on the CFT and rock on through it. Can’t wait to see where we’re all at after this cycle. Good times ahead I think. :-D

    Jess is absolutely right. To lose 1.4% given all the obstacles is pretty great.

    Rock on Matt! Those are still good numbers, unless one day your brother makes it to a CFT and matches it…..
