Nice work Paul. I know it sucks that you don’t PR every CFT but consider this a good day in the trenches. Coach knows what you need to work on so get in the WODs dude and you’ll be fine.
Thanks Jess! I’ll take a ‘not bad’ day on the CFT and rock on through it. Can’t wait to see where we’re all at after this cycle. Good times ahead I think.

BS: 225-245(f)-245 (PR is 250)
SP: 135-145-155(f) (PR is 150)
DL: 275-315-325(f) (PR is 315)

Had a feeling that today was gonna be off…and that might have been my problem. But I got hopes for good things from this DE/ME cycle.

Great job, Matt! Not bad considering all the changes and challenges to your routine you have going on.

Jess is absolutely right. To lose 1.4% given all the obstacles is pretty great.

Rock on Matt! Those are still good numbers, unless one day your brother makes it to a CFT and matches it…..
Still good work dude!
