    Improved 10 Lbs. on the Snatch. (85-95)
    WOD: 15:23 with 14lb. MB, Green Band, and 20lb. KB.
    Shaved 8 minutes off previous time. (23:56)

    8 minutes is pretty nice Sam!

    I remember the first time being pretty rough. I think that was also with a lot more assistance on the pull up and a lighter kettlebell, so huge gains all around I think.

    Can’t wait for next time.

    And the expression Matt, is “Some times you eat the bar, and sometimes…”

    to which the appropriate response is “Is that some kind of Eastern Thing?”
