    L1:

    SP – 60 lbs
    WOD – goal at 184 W avg. Rowed 182/179/157 (that last one was brutal)

    Strict Press = 160 x 2/165/175x 2 (getting strong again!!)

    WOD= goal at 298 avg. 287/199/148. I felt like I wanted to die on that last 500.
