    Prowler – 2 rounds @ 140#

    TS – 95 for the first 3 rounds; 100 for the last 4

    Ringz – Finally got the forward roll; lots of good play time

    The morning L1 crew was destroying the prowler sprints…or maybe it was the other way around…
