    L1:

    1000m – 3:26

    500m – 1:56, missed 1000m pace by 13 seconds. My legs weren’t cooperating.

    Legs didn’t cooperate after setting that new PR in the 1000m row, huh Josh? I can understand that!

    It was a wonderful morning.
