    Tied my PR in the PP. Just 36 sec off my PR for ‘Fran.’ Overall: Not too bad. Starting to make up for yesterday.

    Oh yeah…

    Then about 4 hours later I did this week’s Tough Mudder Long Interval run. Contrast bath here I come!
