    -subbed 1 skin the cat for 5 KTE, the rest Rx with Jess pushin me
    -BTN thrusters @ 73lbs. already getting concerned looks at work for my red C-vertebrae

    Ugh…

    This one see-ucked. I’m still trying to get over it today (Friday 2/17)

    L2 – 21::53 rx’d

    Paul got faster as he went on with this. Machine. Lindsay was a silent killer in her corner & I barely caught up to her.

    Dave & Daniel were doing solid work…at least as far as I could tell through my serious tunnel vision.

    Coach Jessie was smiling at us the whole time…mostly because she wasn’t doing this thing. Thanks Coach!
