    Lift heavy, run (relatively) fast. That, my friends, is Crossfit.

    I know, that is pretty turrible. I tried to stay ahead of Ben but he closed the gap pretty darn fast. That dude was FLYING! Great work from the rest of the gang as well.

    Glad to know you’ve found a home in the Experienced (Not Old) Foul Mouth 6am Club Mike. You certainly fit right in. :-D
