    That one was rough. Took me a solid 30 min to catch my breath afterwards. Awesome push from Lindsay, Mike, Paul, & Daniel definitely got me through it. Thanks guys!

    PS: 145/155/165f shitty form on the last one….

    WOD: 5:38 as Rx’d…. and yes it was…. it said “cleans” … there was no mention of squat cleans so I did power cleans…. You decided to show off and do squat cleans…

    I did some Jiu-Jitsu after class tonight! Hips are super tight, but will work the mobility…
