    There was some definite BeastMode going on tonight. A lot in the L2 but the L1 jerks were putting on a show as well.

    I did a mix of yesterday & today’s L2 WODs:

    Snatch – 5 x 1 @ 135
    Push Press 5 x 3 @ 165

    I need to do some mobility on my shoulders fo sho!
