    Lungs were burning for some reason- this sucked! :)

    Tough one for the L2 gang this am. You know it’s not easy when all 5 of us ended up sprawled on the floor gasping for air when the buzzer rang. Good stuff.

    L2:
    BS – 235 (245 on round 2 by accident)
    WOD – 4 rounds + 10 snatches

    Paul killed this one. Somebody’s got their metcon back…

    Great work from Dave, Danny, & Lindsay as usual. Glad I could hang with you guys.

    No worries.

    L2:
    SQUATS- 5×5 @ 325 (Legs and hind parts are smoked!)

    WOD: 1 round as RX’d. My back was on FIRE!!
