1st round was rx’d but I knew right away it was gonna be a rough day. The MUs went 2-1-1-1 so I switched on the 2nd round to 10 ring pull-ups & 10 ring dips. It still was rough. Good to have Dave & Jessie motivating me though.
Great to see the Wonder Twins (aka Josh & Cindi) back together again at the 6:45 class.
