Push Up 8 reps

Pull Ups 6 reps

DB Snatch 15 reps

AMRAP 25 minutes

Level II

Deadlift (1.5xBW)

Burpees

15, 12 and 9 reps for time

    Drew was RIDICULOUS this morning! I think he could’ve done this twice and STILL beat me.

    @ 155lbs (not quite 1.5BW b/c 188 is eerily close to my max of 200!)

    Drew KILLED it this AM. My secret love for burpees paid off on the last round. Nice job everyone!

    Damn it feels good to be a gangsta….
