Level I

“Fran”

Thruster (95/65)

Pull Up

21, 15 and 9 reps for time

compare to 7-30-2011

Level II

“KBS 25″

At the beginning of minute one, perform 1 repetition of the KB swing. Each additional minute add 2 reps until you perform a round of 25 reps, then each subsequent round perform 2 less reps until you’ve returned to 1.

EMOTM for 25 minutes

    …with an AWESOME gang this morning! Kevin & Drew doing their thang in the corner. Paul “I’m just gonna take a nap” chipping away to my left. And there was Jessie “I wanna ROCK!” stepping it up to 20kg because 16kg is just “too girly” (her words, not mine…).
