    9:55 and def. not a PR – I was pretty weak on the pull ups

    Hmm, Dave, I do believe it IS one second faster than Paul’s time, and now the gym record. Wow! Drew beat Paul!

    I think Drew may be kickin’ Paul’s ass as much as little Caleb/lack of sleep is!

    LOL… Sleep dep is definitely taking its toll on my performance… and not coming in to at least go through the motions of defending my records… :)

    But to be honest, I didn’t think that was mine, thought Matt or Jess owned that one… Thrusters are NOT my strength….

    Blast! That’s alright, I didn’t expect to come close to you the first time.

    As soon as I get in shape and some more workouts under my belt, I hope to give you (and others) more opportunities to reclaim gym records :)
