9:55 and def. not a PR – I was pretty weak on the pull ups
Hmm, Dave, I do believe it IS one second faster than Paul’s time, and now the gym record. Wow! Drew beat Paul!
I think Drew may be kickin’ Paul’s ass as much as little Caleb/lack of sleep is!

LOL… Sleep dep is definitely taking its toll on my performance… and not coming in to at least go through the motions of defending my records…
But to be honest, I didn’t think that was mine, thought Matt or Jess owned that one… Thrusters are NOT my strength….
