Prowler “starts” are much MUCH nicer than Prowler anything else because after a prowler ‘start’ i could still breathe and didn’t taste my lungs. Or blood, as Justin does.
Charles, Juice, and I did these with EXPLOSIVE POWER!!! I topped out at 90lbs with pretty much extremely explosive power. I mean, you know, my feet moved behind a prowler which pretty much means I was exploding. With POWER. Explosivity, baby. In a van down by the river.
It was great to see the big group finish up with Jackie. “Great” as in, great that I wasn’t doing it.
But they did, and they did great!
