    L2:

    Jump Plyo – Pogo, Rocket Jump, & Depth Drop
    Levers – KTEs, tucked inversion, inversion, tucked/single-leg/full front levers, tucked/single-leg/full back levers

    Held a tucked front lever on my own for a few seconds. The rest…yeah, heavily spotted. Fun times! :-D

    500m Row time = 1:36

    Wasn’t horrible but I think I can get to 1:30.

    Trust me… those 6 seconds are a lot harder to get then it looks…

    Jump plyos-Pogo, Rocket Jump, & Depth Drop
    Levers: KTEs, tucked inversion, Skin the cat, inversion, then attempted the tucked front lever (with James’ help, I was able to hold for 3 seconds)

    New respect for the 12 year old olympians…
