    L2:

    Jump Squats-115lbs x 10 sets, there was some light beneath my feet!!

    WOD-6 rounds plus 10 swings and 4 ring dips; yes Jess you beat me by 1 round but technically it was 1 ring dip……..

    L2: 165# jump squats

    WOD: 13 rounds- Ring elevated push ups instead of dips.

    Still very tough.

    Did some prowler work also.
