Paul & Dave CRUSHED ‘Randy’ this morning! Then they had plenty of time left to laugh at me doing ‘Nate’ but I’ll get to that in a minute…
Juice – Rest fast buddy because both of these are fun…in a hurtful kinda way.
Diana – We missed you this morning. I don’t know that ‘Randy’ has a women’s rx weight. A safe bet (that I learned from Jason) is to do 2/3 the rx weight for men. So for this that would be about 50 lbs. Go getcha some!
L2: ‘Nate’ but nowhere close to rx’d -
(a) 2x pull-ups + 2x ring dips sub’d for MUs** (i.e. 4 of each)
(b) Medium + light bands on paralletes for HSPUs
(c) 28 kg KB on swings
Score – 9 rounds
** So, somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd round I had an epiphany. I realized that MUs would be sooooo much easier than the 2x stuff. So I found me one. In fact, I found me FIVE total in the WOD.
That’s right boys & girls, Matt stopped being a wussy & got him some muscle-ups! Kipping yes but started below the rings & then finished over them. No video but Coach Jason was there to verify my story.
