    Now if I could only finish a met con WOD in under 20 minutes…

    Seriously, though, what’s really inspiring to me is how many PR’s have been set (and re-set) by the gang in the last month or so. Something like 25 on just the Oly lifts and rowing. Talk about a culture of excellence and self-improvement!!!

    Okay, so that, and I also thoroughly enjoy trying to crush the morning crew’s numbers on the Oly lifts ….

    +5 is how we roll!
