What a fun day of working up to ‘tard strength with Jess and Jake. I’m getting much better at skin-the-cat/kick-the-dog.
Jake: “Muscle-ups? Yawn.” (He didn’t say that out loud, but I’m sure he was thinking it).
Jake got a muscle-up? Awesome…but I gotta see the video!
not so much.
but a ‘jumping muscle up’.
I feel sorry for anyone who is scheduled with me this afternoon! I have NO ring skills, so this should be interesting.
I fell sorry for Justin too.
but probably for different reasons.
Thanks! I feel sorry for me too!
(I’m going to go cry in the corner)
I am looking forward to this. Can I start a few minutes early? I have to get to Muay Thai by 6…
you can start on time.
ok
Lo – lmao! We DID throw in a “kick the dog” or two!
Working ring skills is fun, and so is getting to watch Lo with her amazing biceps!!
Attaining “retarded strength” – it’s my new goal in life.
Jason, are you on here as “admin” too?
who me?
Jessica – So fun working out with you! Come to another 7am class sometime. We’ll laugh our way through whatever unfortunate WOD Jason has planned.
